Lab Rascals Science Parties!
At Lab Rascals, we offer exciting, hands-on science parties for children aged 5+ that are both fun and educational! Led by real scientists (not actors), our parties are designed with curious children in mind . From creating slime to launching rockets with dry ice, every child participates in real experiments using professional materials (we don't just do kitchen chemistry).​ Our parties highly recommended by parents and teachers all over the Humber region.

Please note our 2 hour parties contain a 30 minute break to allow for party food and clean down/set up.
1-Hour Science Parties
Witches and Wizards!
Enter a world of magic and wonder! At our Witches & Wizards Party, children become young spellcasters, creating their own bubbling potions, colour-changing brews, and mysterious fog-filled bubbles. They’ll even safely handle fire for a touch of real enchantment!
Fire & Ice!
Our Fire & Ice Party is packed with hands-on science fun, where children safely explore fire, ice, and bubbling experiments that amaze and delight.
They’ll:

Slime
Our Slime Party is the ultimate mix of science, creativity, and fun! Children become scientists for the day as they make two different types of slime — including the ever-popular butter slime.
They’ll get hands-on experimenting with textures, colours, and stretchiness, and each child takes their creations home to enjoy afterwards.​.
2-Hour Science Parties
Dry ice Potions, Slime & Volcanoes
Children will inflate balloons with dry ice, create fog effects, mix colour-changing potions, make stretchy slime, and build volcanoes that erupt with dry ice. The grand finale features a spectacular dry ice eruption, filling the room with fog and leaving everyone amazed.
Dry ice potions, Bath Bombs & Rockets
Children will inflate balloons with dry ice, create colour-changing potions, and make smoking bubbles in a bowl that they can hold and pop. They'll also launch dry ice pop rockets, and end the party by making their own bath bombs to take home.
Fire, Dry Ice & Volcanoes
Children will inflate balloons with dry ice, create stunning fog effects, mix colour-changing potions, and even hold fire safely under expert supervision. They'll also build their own volcanoes that erupt with dry ice. The grand finale features a spectacular dry ice eruption that fills the room with fog, leaving everyone in awe.
PARTY REQUIREMENTS

Located within 60 miles from Barton upon Humber (DN18).

All children need to be aged 5+ to take part due to health and safety.

Maximum of 26 children.

Prices are based on 10 children. Additional children are charged per head.

A confirmed number of children a minimum of 3 days before the party.

Access to the venue 30 minutes beforehand and after the party.

A lift provided should the party be held above ground level.

Tables – big enough for all children to stand around.

Power – single plug socket nearby.
