Cancellation Policy

Payment & Cancellation Policy Payment Terms A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your party booking. The remaining balance for parties must be paid in full at least 14 days before the event or service date. For schools and workshops, no deposit is required, but full payment is due 28 days after the event. Invoices for schools will be issued directly to the financial manager stated on the booking form. Cancellations Parties: Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event will receive a full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable. Schools/Workshops: Cancellations made at least 28 days before the event are non-chargeable. Cancellations made within 28 days are subjected to a £100 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 7 days are fully chargeable. If we are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or can reschedule based on availability. Rescheduling Rescheduling is allowed with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability. A rescheduling fee of £50 may apply if less than 7 days’ notice is provided. No Shows No refunds will be issued for party or workshop no-shows. By booking, you agree to these payment and cancellation terms.
