Taste, Smells & Chemicals - Age 8+

Service Description
A hands-on chemistry workshop where young scientists aged 8–16 become molecule detectives. Participants will identify mystery scents and use molecular modelling kits to build the structures behind smells like lemon, chocolate, and coffee. This interactive session explores the intriguing science of sensory chemistry.

Age: The workshop is suitable for children aged 8–16 years. Allergies: Please let us know about any allergies or intolerances when booking. The workshop may involve food items, smells and other materials. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Tasting: Tasting activities are optional. No child will be required to taste anything they do not wish to. Participation: This is a hands-on workshop, so participants are expected to follow instructions and use equipment safely. Behaviour: We reserve the right to remove a participant from an activity if their behaviour creates a safety risk. Photography: Photos may be taken during the workshop for promotional or project purposes. Please let us know if you do not wish your child to be photographed.
